How long will it take for my item to ship?

I still fulfill all of my orders by myself in my home, and try to send out the items within a week of purchase. Domestic shipping to the US through USPS typically takes three days. Due to USPS delays this shipping period may be longer. Shipping to the UK or CA will take slightly longer. Check your tracking number for a detailed timeline.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment I only ship to the US, UK, and Canada, but I am working on expanding international shipping and should hopefully have it ready soon!

How do I place a custom order?

My customs fill up pretty quickly, and I will only be taking about three per drop. To place a custom order, please send me a DM on instagram. Photos are welcome.

What is your return policy?

Because I am such a small business, I am not accepting returns, but if there is an issue with your item please contact me directly, and I will resolve it in any way I can.

How often do you restock?

Typically I have one restock every month or so with about 120 shirts and other clothing items, but because I just recently started college, I anticipate that my drops will become less frequent. Keep an eye out for updates regarding restocks on my instagram: @giamilanco.

How do I wash my top?

All tops come ready to wear, but when it is time to wash your hand-painted top, I recommend hand-washing in cold and drying flat. Each piece of clothing comes with more detailed washing instructions. This washing process will preserve the painting the best and help avoid any potential fraying.
